Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Plains GP Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team working remotely in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service at all times. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail. 3. Resourceful and resilient in handling challenging situations. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
