Job Description - Customer Service Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Use persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to best assist customers - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
