As a Customer Service Representative at Universal Health Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints - Maintain customer databases - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Hardworking and reliable - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
