Job Description:


Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an entry-level role, no experience is required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a customer-centric approach - Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders or scheduling appointments - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience through innovative solutions - Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on company policies and procedures - Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards to uphold the reputation of Huntington Ingalls Industries


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
