Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Specialist at Lear, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients while working remotely from your location in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time, entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in customer service.


Responsibilities:


- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer concerns and issues with a high level of empathy and understanding - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex cases and provide solutions - Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing feedback to improve our products and services - Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills


Requirements:


- Confidence and independence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Strong critical thinking skills to assess and address customer needs effectively - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools is a plus
