The company is a family-owned and operated business established in 2018. They are currently seeking to rebrand their business.
Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate and helpful information, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Problem Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Work proactively to identify recurring issues and collaborate with the team to implement long-term solutions.
Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers and provide accurate information effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates, changes, and promotions.
Order Processing:
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Communication and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to share insights, feedback, and solutions.
Customer Feedback:
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Experience in Data Entry
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Empathetic and patient attitude towards customer inquiries and concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Experience in using Ring Central
• Comfortable to learn or have some experience with plumbing and electrical terms. It's important to understand or the ability to learn quickly when customers are calling about plumbing and electrical issues.
