Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Office Depot. This is a part-time remote position based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent research abilities to effectively address customer queries - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
