Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Treasury Wine Estates is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team based in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a strong drive to succeed. In addition to a resilient attitude, the successful candidate will demonstrate creativity and leadership skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maximize customer value - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer experience - Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track customer success and satisfaction - Support the customer success team in various projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong drive and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated creativity and leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
