Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Huntsman is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU and the successful candidate will be at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure their success with our products or services - Act as a point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions to any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to enhance the customer experience - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Passionate about customer success and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for customers - Adaptable to changing environments and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace - Possess emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
