As a Customer Success Assistant at Reinsurance Group of America, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, and is part-time with a seniority level of Associate.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our product offerings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Proactively engage with clients to uncover potential issues and provide timely resolutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive retention and growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities - Motivated and energetic personality with a strong attention to detail - Negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
