Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Assurant is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct research to gain a better understanding of customer needs and preferences - Use persuasion techniques to encourage customers to try new products or services - Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position - Adaptable and confident attitude - Strong research and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
