Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team in a remote work setting in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalations effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling XPO Logistics services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve the overall customer experience - Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to showcase the value of XPO Logistics offerings - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proven track record of success in a customer success or sales role - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong customer focus - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus - Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or customer visits
