Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Valero Energy is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.


As a Customer Success Manager at Valero Energy, your responsibilities will include:


- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns and to drive product improvements based on customer feedback - Creating and delivering engaging presentations to clients to showcase the value of our solutions - Monitoring client usage and success metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and retention - Providing ongoing training and support to clients to maximize their use of our products - Proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to client satisfaction and retention
