Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Newell Brands is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a remote part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve success with our products or services. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.


In addition to customer relationship management, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, as well as gathering feedback from customers to help inform product development and improve overall customer experience. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive customer success.


Ideal candidates for this role will possess excellent presentation skills, as well as a strong sense of innovation and creativity. You should be comfortable working independently and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
