Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer. This is a remote work position with Lansing Trade Group based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time entry-level role, perfect for someone looking to start their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them utilize our services effectively - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition - Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Use data analysis to track customer engagement and identify trends

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Energetic and driven to succeed - Strong decision-making skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - No prior experience required, full training will be provided
