Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Quest Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, and will be at the Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Drive customer engagement and retention through excellent customer service and support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
