Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Manager at United Continental Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional support to customers, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient support for customers. 3. Monitor customer interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide seamless support for customers. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve processes and procedures. 8. Create and maintain documentation and training materials for customer support representatives. 9. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. 6. Reliable and motivated personality traits. 7. Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
