Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Land O’Lakes is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Canberra, Australian Capital Territory area. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer concerns - Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention - Demonstrate emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills in all interactions - Utilize resources effectively to provide comprehensive support to customers - Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance the overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer support


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
