Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Southwest Airlines is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals who are independent, passionate, excellent planners, and problem-solvers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues - Provide support and guidance to customers regarding our services and policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics - Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions


Requirements: - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
