A customers service company providing service for insurance coverage.
· Explain and gather all necessary documents required to continue with the policy.
· Ensure all documents are submitted by their due dates.
· Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, including timestamps.
· Follow up with customers to ensure they understand what documents are needed and the deadlines.
· Facilitate smooth transitions between customer service calls by providing detailed records of previous interactions.
· Ensure customers do not miss the window of opportunity for submitting documents.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Consistent and reliable work habits.
· Consciousness of time value and ability to observe and meet due dates.
· Persistence in gathering all necessary information.
· Ability to follow through on tasks until completion.
· Patience and effective communication skills, especially when dealing with customers who may not speak English fluently.
· Positive attitude and ability to work with a smile.
