Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Mutual of Omaha Insurance. This is a remote, part-time position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU with the potential for growth within the company. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and provide information about our insurance products - Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Assist with administrative tasks related to the live chat system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
