Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through live chat support. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate team - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Strong planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers
