Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use creativity and planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive assistance - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Creative problem-solving skills and strong planning abilities - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
