Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celanese is seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer service goals. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. 4. Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using live chat software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
