Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

AutoNation is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service-related role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers - Utilize knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate information to customers - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Adaptability and energy to handle high-volume chat conversations - Soft skills in cooperation and people management - Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
