Job Description:
Navistar International is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer support and drive sales.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in responses - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proven track record of managing live chat platforms effectively - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment - Time management skills to prioritize multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software
