Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner via live chat - Assist customers with policy-related questions, claims, and general inquiries - Proactively engage with customers to address any concerns or issues they may have - Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions - Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Reliable and hardworking attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to facilitate productive work
