Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers and provide support through live chat conversations. 2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer trends and provide feedback to improve service.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and adaptability. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
