Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team at Dollar Tree. This is a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and handle returns effectively. 3. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Dollar Tree brand. 5. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively within a team. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently, with a high level of self-motivation. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills.
