Job Description:
Essendant, a leading company in the office supplies industry, is looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and shipping inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Provide recommendations and solutions to customers to enhance their overall shopping experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role
