Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our account managers in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts - Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information - Prepare and update sales reports and presentations - Conduct market research to identify potential clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and hardworking personality - Strong research skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
