Job Description:
As an Account Support Assistant at CenturyLink in Perth, Western Australia, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our account management team. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and resourceful, with strong adaptability and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents. - Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. - Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the account management department. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
