Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and assisting in various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for client meetings - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support account managers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients - Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to client requests - Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings for clients


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related support role - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Confident in interacting with clients and colleagues
