Job Description:
Barnes & Noble is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and is ideal for an entry-level professional with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution - Help create and maintain client accounts - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Assist with project management tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Hardworking and energetic attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
Soft Skills: - Persuasion: Ability to influence and persuade others effectively - Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines
