Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a passionate and driven Account Support Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our accounting team and ensuring the smooth running of financial operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. 2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. 3. Process invoices and expense claims. 4. Assist with payroll processing. 5. Support financial audits. 6. Handle administrative tasks related to financial activities. 7. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. 8. Provide support in financial analysis and forecasting. 9. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. 10. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Strategic planning and people management skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. 9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
