Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Estee Lauder in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, detail-oriented, and have strong people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to our account managers and clients, assisting with inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates to information. 3. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and achieve targets. 5. Monitor and analyze account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support to clients.
