Job Description:
Whole Foods Market in Sydney, New South Wales, AU is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and independent.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Account Manager in managing relationships with key accounts - Assist in the creation and execution of account strategies to drive growth and increase revenue - Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present sales reports to internal stakeholders and clients - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotions for key accounts - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account support processes
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and independent personality - Strong presentation skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
