Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Assist with managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive business growth - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Contribute to the development and improvement of account management processes - Use creativity and resourcefulness to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Uphold a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of account support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing or account management position - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Resourceful problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy - Creativity in finding solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement
