Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job description:


Principal Financial is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key accounts and clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans. 4. Assist in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. 5. Prepare and present reports on account performance and recommend areas for improvement. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to better support clients.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong strategic planning and persuasion skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
