Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team at Time Warner in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management or customer support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet their goals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Address any issues or escalations from clients, working to resolve them quickly and effectively - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in account management to continuously improve our services
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines - Adaptability and dedication to providing top-notch support to clients - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
