Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects and initiatives. 3. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients on the company's products and services. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. 6. Assist in the development of account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. 7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance and key metrics to internal stakeholders.


Requirements: 1. A proven track record of successfully managing client accounts in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Hardworking and driven, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
