Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our remote account team.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account managers in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets. 3. Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. 5. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management, preferably in a remote support capacity. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Experience working in a healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
