Job description:
Biogen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key accounts for our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Understand and address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic account plans - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Provide timely and accurate information to clients and internal teams - Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively - Monitor and analyze account performance metrics - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in key account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about customer success - Ability to think critically and persuade others effectively - Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
