Account Support Manager

Job Description: Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions - Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Prepare reports and analysis to track account progress and results - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or customer service - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Valid driver's license
