Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Pushpay is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 5 years of experience, the Remote Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting client accounts remotely. This role requires someone who is energetic, motivated, adaptable, and has strong people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Manage client escalations by troubleshooting issues and finding creative solutions to meet client needs. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 6. Provide training and support to clients on how to best utilize Pushpay's products and services.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in account management or customer support. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Energetic and motivated personality traits. 5. Adaptability to changing client needs and priorities. 6. Experience in people management and customer relations. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
