Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team at Darden Restaurants. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The Account Support Manager will be a crucial member of our team, providing support to our accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with key accounts 2. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns 3. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their needs are met 4. Develop and implement strategic account plans 5. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management 6. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within accounts 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients 9. Handle any escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency 10. Ensure all client communications are clear, accurate, and timely
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a related field 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Driven and adaptable personality 5. Creative problem-solving abilities 6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) 9. Experience working in a remote or work from home environment
