Job Description:
Penske Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions - Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and deliver delight - Make key decisions regarding account management strategies and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines - Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on account status and performance - Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly
Requirements: - At least 8 years of experience in account management or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams - Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service - Expertise in using CRM software and other tools to manage accounts effectively
