Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideal for individuals with 7 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their success - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Develop and implement account management strategies to achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in account management or a related field - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
