Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Community Health Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Manager will have the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their accounts.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive account growth and revenue - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders - Train and mentor junior account support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence


Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in account management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and creativity skills - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
