Job Description:
Visteon, a leading technology company in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and resilience.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Account Management team by managing client accounts, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Assist in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends to support business development efforts. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications. 5. Collaborate with the Account Managers to develop strategies for client retention and growth. 6. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices. 7. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 8. Soft skills such as cooperation and time management.
